1. Let’s begin with pouring half liter of water in a rather large pot.
2. Bring to a boil, add salt and vinegar and reduce heat (boiling must be barely perceptible).
3. Gently place the eggs in the boiling water
4. Cook the eggs for 3-4 minutes and drain them with a perforated ladle over absorbent paper.
5. At this point, heat the pea soup and pour a small amount over each plate, place one egg in the middle and sprinkle it with pepper and chopped chives.
